LCA House at Rose Hulman
Lambda Chi Alpha's first on-campus fraternity house at Rose Hulman was designed, built, and dedicated in 1976. This new home replaced our previous house at 912 South 6th Street.
It is now our fraternity's home to generations of brothers, bringing together all backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. For decades, our fraternity house has been a guiding light, a safe haven, and a catalyst to empower men to become better versions of themselves. It remains a safe and secure home for our brotherhood.

Since 2006, LCA alumni and actives have been returning to campus each August to participate in P-Events. For 20+ years, we have worked together to maintain, upgrade and enhance the LCA fraternity house. Each year, we provide numerous opportunities and experiences to mentor the active chapter, strengthen enduring relationships, and instill our history, values, and code of conduct. Our legacy deepens when each generation provides more young men the opportunity to redefine who we are and who we can be for others.

Our LCA Housing Corporation launched two 'Pave The Way For The Future' fundraisers (in 2024 & 2025) to support the active chapter. Your purchase of custom brick pavers supported our chapter's sustainability and growth. These custom engraved brick pavers were installed during P-19 & P-20 events.
Your contributions provided critical funds for ongoing house maintenance and improvements and thanks to your valuable donations, our Lambda Chi Alpha Chapter at Rose Hulman will continue to thrive and grow!
